Application Development
Tech4U has provided a number of applications to Local Authorities for help with some specialised roles performed by local autrhorities. Applications developed include:
- Time Manager - original developed to meet a requirement at Winchester City and also adopted by Test Valley this application manages customer queueing at the council's customer service centres. Real time data is captured and displayed to keep customers up to date with waiting times and to allow the authority to better manage it's resources.
- Complaints Management - this system provides online access to the public and internal management tools for local authority staff for complaints to the council. The system has recently been adapted to provide FOI and compliments management.
- Physical Archive Control - a simple web based system providing management utilities for the council's physical archive storage.
